All about me ( alaysia)

This delicious corn on the cob is a type of starch . Starch is am carbohydrate that stores energy . My advice to any athlete the night before a big game you might would like to have a meal including corn to provide you with plenty of energy.
These beans are an example of protein . Protein provides organisms with the appropriate nutrients needed to keep the body functioning properly .
