3D Cell Model Project( your name here) - Writing is Thinking

Draw a Venn diagram and compare and contrast eukaryotes vs prokaryotes.  You may also use your interactive notebook assignment to complete this task.  Take a picture of your Venn diagram and post it to this blog entry.  Do not forget to use your tattoo.

You may answer these questions with your project partner or submit your blog entry separately.  Make sure you embed your first name in your title.  Upload pictures of your cell model and use your model to assist you with your questions about cells and organelles.  Demonstrate your knowledge of cells and the functions of organelles by answering the following questions:

1. What kind of cell did you make and what are three distinguishing characteristics(cell parts, shape, etc) that made your cell different from the other types of cells? Make sure that you include the functions of the cell parts that you mention for full credit.

2.   All cells have three major jobs that are needed in order to sustain homeostasis.  What are theses three basic functions?

3.  What is a stem cell and where do stem cells come from?

4.  What are some potential uses of stem cells?

This blog must be submitted no later than Friday, February 5, 2016 by 11:59pm.  Just a heads up that Friday is the last day of the quarter,  so I will not be able to extend any deadlines for this last assignment.  This blog includes two pictures which must show your tattoo and answers to the questions listed above.  Worth 20 points total.
